‘Scrubbing Day’| Normal Company

For this short I was the Set Decorator and 2nd AD. This was an incredible project to work on. Directed by Pachali Brewster, Production Design by Debbie Fish and Art Director Jen Eccles.

Never had I been happier spending so many weekends in a garage. Making this grotesque looking bathroom look as grimy as this. It was a truly rewarding job.

For this short film I was bought on as Art Director. We shot this at three locations. Two of these being at homes which I needed to clear, photograph for reference, set, and then put everything back after filming had wrapped. Our third location was at a roadside. This was simpler in terms of dressing but required us to be extra careful in terms of safety due to where we were. All in all it turned out to be a smooth, safe, and well organised shoot.
